We are an Executive Search Firm with a niche in commercial finance. We have been in business since 1990 and work with a variety of clientele. We place Field Examiners, Loan Officers, Account Executives, Underwriters, New Business Officers and Presidents.

Our Team

Darin G. Kohler, Senior Managing Director

30 Years experience placing all level executives from Auditors to Presidents throughout North America and Europe. In 2014 Mr. Kohler assisted in a $25MM equity raise, which was levered 4 to 1 by a US Bank for a small ticket commercial finance company start up. In mid 2015 Mr Kohler's introduction to one of the largest Asian Banks resulted in the purchase of $3B+ portfolio, and the lift out of 12 professionals. Darin is a second generation recruiter.

Amy Jacques

As the treasurer and operations manager of The William Dunne Agency, Amy has been with the company since 1996. She has BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MA from Columbia College. She is also on the faculty of Western Carolina University.
